Upon enrolling in Fiction Profits Academy (FPA), you are entitled to four one-on-one calls during your first year in the program, aimed at enhancing your learning experience. These calls must be scheduled and used within this timeframe, with each session tailored to support your progress and success in the program. Please note, unused calls expire after the first year and cannot be rescheduled or transferred. We encourage you to take full advantage of these personalized sessions to maximize your benefits from FPA.
Dispute and Charge Agreement
By purchasing from Fiction Profits Academy, you agree to address any purchase concerns by contacting us at support@fictionprofitsacademy.com prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Upon purchase, you confirm acceptance of our Terms and Refund Policy, and agree not to dispute charges made in accordance with these terms. In case of a dispute, you acknowledge that your agreement to these terms may be used in the dispute resolution process, and agree to accept the outcome based on our established dispute resolution procedures.
Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
At Fiction Profits Academy (FPA), we're committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. We believe in our system's ability to help you successfully publish your ebook and stand behind its effectiveness.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, we ask that you engage fully with our program by publishing a ghostwritten ebook of at least 30,000 words on Amazon using the FPA system within 6 months of enrollment. This requirement ensures that you have utilized our methods to their full potential.
24-Hour Cooling-Off Period
If you have second thoughts within 24 hours of your initial payment, you can request a full refund by contacting support@fictionprofitsacademy.com.
Post 24-Hour Refund Conditions
After the initial 24 hours, refund eligibility is contingent upon the completion and publication of your ebook. If, after publishing, you feel that FPA’s program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 6 months of your ebook's publication date.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Technical comprehension issues.
- Personal health problems.
- Buyer's remorse.
Additional Compensation
Please note that not all plans are eligible for the $250 additional payment. Refer to your receipt for specific details regarding your eligibility. If you qualify, the following terms apply:
Should you meet our refund criteria and decide FPA isn’t for you, we’ll refund your payment in full plus an additional $250 for your effort and time. This is our way of acknowledging your commitment and our confidence in the FPA experience.
